Love is the anesthetic to alot of things.

Somrtimes though, I think that love is pain too.

It hurts too much. It hurts too much to love someone.

It hurts too much to care about someone-

When you give a damn, it hurts too much...

I think sometimes it would be easier to just give up-

But, then again, I would miss all the laughter

All the secret smiles, all the talks that never go anywhere...

I would miss that, I do miss that-

Why do things have to change as time goes on?

Maybe that's why love is the anesthetic..

But it didn't give me a lobotomy-
